What we collect, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how LinkedInDataAPI handles personal information about visitors to linkedindataapi.com and about customers who use the console and the API. “We” means Prism Digital, LLC (131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, US), the operator of LinkedInDataAPI.
Information we collect
Account details. Your email address and a password hash if you sign up with email, or the profile Google shares if you use Google sign-in. We also store API keys (as a one-way hash plus the last four characters), your credit balance and your settings.
Payments. Card and crypto payments are handled by Stripe and NOWPayments. Full card numbers and security codes never reach us.
API requests. For every call we log the endpoint, the time, the account and key used, the request parameters, the response status, the credits charged and the originating IP address.
Public B2B profile data & opt-out requests
Responses from the API contain publicly available professional and corporate metadata. We automatically strip sensitive personal contact details at the gateway layer. Any individual who wishes to opt out or request removal of their public profile slug from our cache can email [email protected] with their profile URL for prompt removal. Also see our Terms of Service.
Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it by emailing [email protected].
